The use of the Lewis Confectionery's Online Shop is subject to the Terms and Conditions listed below which together (Part 1) with our Privacy and Returns Policy (Part 2) form the entire Terms and Conditions under which purchase and interaction with this website is governed.

This Online Shop is created, owned and operated by Lewis Foods. Lewis Foods reserve the right to amend site content, prices and Terms and Conditions at any time.

By using our website you agree that Lewis Foods are the sole copyright owner of the content of the online shop which was created by Lewis Foods. Any reference to copyrighted material owned by other parties is owned by those parties. You agree not to reproduce, copy, alter or adapt Lewis Food's Online Shop contents whether they be its information, images, or content. If you wish to create your own website and require our images please send your request to sales@lewisfoods.com.au.

If you do not agree to any or all of the Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the online shop.

Conditions of Purchase:
All purchases are made between you, the Customer and Lewis Foods, and are intended for Australian customers only. Customers from outside of Australia are welcome but should contact Lewis Foods directly to discuss their requirements. The Online Shop and prices indicated are not applicable for overseas customers.

Pricing, Freight and Shipping:
All prices shown in this online shop are in Australian dollars and include GST. The Online Shop will add a freight/shipping cost to your order on the basis of the final weight of the order, plus destination, and will form part of the final price for the order. Lewis Foods will pay PayPal's credit card fee on behalf of the purchaser. Lewis Foods reserve the right to vary the final price if necessary on the basis that an erroneous freight cost has been estimated by the Online Shop. The freight cost charged is on the basis of cost recovery.

Lewis Foods will generally use Australia Post or Fastway Couriers to transport and deliver your order. Both companies provide traceable ID numbers and will be used to track and trace your order, if there are questions arising from a failure to receive. If the order falls outside the scope of Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, then we will use the best alternative available and advise of any cost changes. Some areas are better served by dedicated freight companies and it may be advantageous to use such companies. We reserve the right to choose the best delivery option.

Upon despatch of your purchase, Lewis Foods will send the purchaser an email confirming the despatch of the order plus an invoice for the receiver's records.

Payment:
Payment can be made with either VISA or MASTERCARD credit card, or direct fund transfer.

- Credit Card Option:
The credit card facility is provided via PayPal's online portal, who accept credit card payments on our behalf. Purchasers are required to conform to PayPal's requirements as they publish them from time to time. Lewis Foods does not see or receive your credit card details. We receive confirmation of payment and confirmation of your address to enable the correct preparation and delivery of your order.

- Direct Fund Transfer Option:
If a purchaser prefers to pay by direct fund transfer into our account, then please print your order from the cart page for your records, and send an email of the order details. We will return our payment details and confirmation of the total cost, via email. Payment via direct fund transfer into our account must be received within three working days from the time the order was placed, unless otherwise arranged. If payment is not received by this time, the order will be automatically cancelled and will need to be reordered for supply. Orders will only be shipped after payment is completed and confirmed.

Please ensure you provide us with an accurate receiver's name and delivery address at the time of order. We will not take any responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.

Whilst Lewis Foods tries to ensure the availability of product, immediate supply cannot be guaranteed. If stock is not available, then there will be a delay in the shipping of the total order until stock becomes available. Lewis Foods will not split an order nor carry backorders. An order will be shipped when all products are complete and available.
